Shaina
Born in the South with fashion in her blood, Shaina started as a swimwear and lingerie model before earning her degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising at the American College in Atlanta. After launching her career in LA as a wardrobe stylist, she quickly climbed the ranks, holding key roles such as head Jr. Buyer at Gabriel Bros. and Director of SMU Sales at Hale Bob, where she grew the brand to $5 million in its first year.
Shaina has worked with iconic brands including Hardy, Christian Audigier, BedHead, Badgley Mischka, and True Religion, excelling in sales management and brand launches. She now owns her own brand, Bretboho, under her showroom, It Matters Studio, which represents top accessories and apparel brands. Shaina continues to collaborate with major retailers, e-commerce platforms, and influencers to grow standout fashion brands globally.

Yubin Chang’s journey embodies resilience, dedication, and a deep commitment to her community. Growing up as a first-generation immigrant near South Central Los Angeles, Yubin developed a profound appreciation for the rich cultural diversity and challenges of the area. Later settling in Orange County, she built a career in education within the private sector, working tirelessly since the 1980s to empower young minds. Her passion for youth development led her to establish Hope Global Outreach Foundation, a nonprofit organization focused on cultivating leadership skills in the next generation.
In addition to her philanthropic work, Yubin is a partner in a leading garment printing business in Los Angeles, supplying high-quality merchandise to major clients such as the LA Dodgers and LA Rams. Her unique blend of business acumen and unwavering dedication to education and youth welfare is at the heart of her contributions to Sister Funds. She believes in the transformative power of community-driven fundraising to create opportunities for individuals and organizations to thrive.
